RETURN POLICY

Products purchased from www.sunparadise.my may be returned to us upon a maximum of 7 days starting from the delivered date.

  1. Products purchased are only eligible for return if the product is:
    • Damaged with the full package of the products attached (i.e. tags, labels, free gifts, accessories, original packaging)
    • Incorrect size for garments or wearable products that do not come into contact with any private body parts with full package of the products attached (i.e. tags, labels, free gifts, accessories, original packaging)
    • Incorrect products delivered with the full, unsealed package of the products attached (i.e. tags, labels, free gifts, accessories, original packaging)
    • Missing parts of products purchased with full package of the products attached (i.e. tags, labels, free gifts, accessories, original packaging)
  2. Requirements for an eligible product return:
    • Proof of purchase – Order number, invoice, etc.
    • Unremoved clothing tags
    • Approval of the return from customer service personnel through email or phone
    • At least one of the reasons stated above in section “A”

How to return a product?

Once everything has been confirmed by our customer service personnel, you will be required to send the product package back to Trend Masters Sdn. Bhd. by courier, taking note of the tracking number and with the cost borne by you, to the address below:

How long will the process take?

The return process will take up to 2 weeks upon receiving the products from the courier service. We need to run quality assessment inspection process for the returned product to make sure it meets our Return Policy requirements. You will be notified once the process is complete and the replacement product is ready. In the unfortunate event if the returned product does not meet our Return Policy requirements, you will be required to bear the cost of courier service for the product to be delivered back to you.

Refund

A refund option is not available for purchases made on the www.sunparadise.my. Any purchases made through www.sunparadise.my are final and can only be exchanged for a replacement product. For further enquiries, please Contact Us here.
