REFUND

  • Refunds are only valid due to manufacturer's defect and request within 15 working days for all domestic orders and within 30 working days for all international orders.
  • We will only issue you a refund via STORE CREDIT and it may take up to 15 working days to process.
  • Postage is to be borne by you in the event of returning the goods.
  • All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of sunparadise.my reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.
  • Please take noted that ALL clearance or sales items are not refundable.

EXCHANGE

  • We accept exchanges within 15 working days for all domestic orders and within 30 working days for all international orders.
  • Exchanges are only valid for sizing issues or manufacturer's defect.
  • Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange.
  • All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of sunparadise.my reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.
  • We do not accept exchanges for custom made / personalized items.
  • Returns should be sent to the following address along with proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase will not be entertained.

  • We do not accept returns / exchanges of online purchases at any of our retail outlets.
  • Upon returning your item to us, please email [email protected] with the following information:-
    1. Your Name (As per invoice)
    2. Invoice Number / Order ID
    3. Reason for return
  • We will not entertain exchanges if information provided is not complete or invalid.
  • The management of 21Beyond Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to reject any returns at our sole discretion shall we find any goods returned in a damaged / altered / used condition.
  • We do not accept refunds for items which are on clearance or sale.

WILL YOU REFUND MY SHIPPING / DELIVERY COSTS IF I RETURN MY ORDER?

We will refund your shipping costs when possible. In some cases, your entire shipping costs can be refunded, like if you are returning your whole order or sun paradise deliver wrong item or item damage due to production process.

We won't be able to refund your shipping costs if you are only returning part of your order.
