arena Anti-Fog Liquid for Swim Goggles. MADE IN JAPAN
Usage Instructions: Apply this product before using swim goggles.
1. Drop 1-2 drops of the anti-fog liquid onto the inside of the lens.
2. Spread Use a sponse or finger to spread the liquid evenly. (Do not rub the sponse onto the inside of the lens.
3. Rinse Rinse with the water lightly

Please do not drop too much anti-fog liquid to avoid uneven spreading after rinsing.
Do not put too much pressure on the lens when spreading as it could scratch the lens.
Too much pressure on the lens may peel off the anti-fog processing on the goggles.
